3. Account Rules
Each person may only hold one active account on the v888 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or another name — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held across them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. v888 will treat any activity carried out under your account as having been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact v888 support immediately.
v888 accounts are for personal use only. Allowing a third party to operate your account, or operating an account on behalf of a third party, is not permitted. Account balances, bonuses and winnings are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the standard withdrawal process.
v888 reserves the right to close or suspend an account at any time if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in breach of these Terms. In cases of suspected fraud, collusion or manipulation of games or betting markets, any winnings generated during the suspected period may be withheld pending investigation.
4. Deposits & Payments
All deposits and account transactions at v888 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:
Deposits at v888 are generally credited to your account balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa transfers typically credit instantly. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing schedule, though no additional delay is introduced on the v888 side.
v888 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted and will be returned where possible. Any deposit received from an unverified or mismatched source may result in the suspension of your account pending review.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account. These limits may vary by payment method. v888 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing.
5. Withdrawals
You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to your account.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. This means your identity documents must have been reviewed and approved by the v888 verification team. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held until the verification process is completed.
Withdrawal processing times at v888 are as follows:
- JazzCash and Easypaisa: typically within 5–15 minutes of approval.
- Raast transfers: usually within 30 minutes during banking hours.
- Bank transfers: 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
- Card withdrawals: up to 3–5 business days depending on the card issuer.
v888 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. In such cases, the processing time may be longer. You will be notified if your withdrawal is subject to an additional review. Withdrawals will not be approved to any payment method that is not verified as belonging to the account holder.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus play that meet the applicable wagering requirements become eligible for withdrawal as real money. The balance displayed in your account will indicate what portion is available for withdrawal at any given time.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
v888 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on selected slots, and cricket betting boosts during major fixtures such as PSL and international T20 series. General bonus conditions that apply across all v888 promotions unless otherwise stated:

- All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless v888 has made a clear and verifiable error in the odds displayed.
- v888 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or data feed issue.
- In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. v888 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly during live cricket matches where outcomes are pending.
- Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface.
- v888 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings on any single bet or combination of bets.
